ACCAdvisor.ai supports people navigating injury, financial strain, stress, and uncertainty while dealing with ACC. Many of our users are in vulnerable situations, and we are committed to acting fairly, respectfully, and in good faith.
If you feel our service has not added value, we want to know – and we will treat your concerns seriously and compassionately.
2. Subscription Options
One-Day Pass – $4.99
Provides 24 hours of full access to ACCAdvisor.ai.
Monthly Subscription – $49.99
Provides ongoing access and renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.
Yearly Subscription – $499
Provides 12 months of access at a discounted rate, renewing annually unless cancelled.
3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Value Promise)
If you purchase a Monthly or Yearly Subscription and within 7 days feel that ACCAdvisor.ai has not provided meaningful value, you may request a full refund – no quibbles, no arguments.
This guarantee exists to –
- Reduce financial risk for injured or stressed users
- Build trust in our service
- Ensure you only pay if you genuinely find value
- Important conditions
This is a one-time guarantee per customer
*If you cancel, receive a refund, and later subscribe again, the guarantee will not apply to future subscriptions
We may ask optional feedback to improve our service, but a refund does not depend on providing a reason
4. One-Day Pass Refunds
Because the one-day pass provides immediate full access, it is generally non-refundable.
If you experienced a technical issue or billing error, please contact us – we will review your request fairly.
5. Refunds After the 7-Day Guarantee Period

- Refunds are not normally provided for partially used subscription periods
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
- Access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are issued for unused time once the guarantee period has passed
6. Exceptional Circumstances

7. Cancellations
- One-Day Pass: expires automatically – no cancellation required
- Monthly Subscription – cancel anytime via your account settings
- Yearly Subscription – cancel anytime to stop future renewal
- Cancelling stops future billing but does not remove access for the remainder of the paid period.
